Participate in Biz on the Bike

Want to present your company as a sports-loving concern? Feel like an enjoyable cycle ride with your colleagues, customers, suppliers or friends? Want to form up together as a dynamic team? Fancy discovering the undulating scenery of Flemish and Walloon Brabant as a group?

2 ways to participate in BIZ on the Bike: individually or in team

Individual registration

Participate individually ; for only 18€ you’ll receive :

  • the BIZ on the Bike starting pack
  • refreshment stops during the tour and at the finish
  • use of the changing rooms, showers and cloakrooms

When you register you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail from the organisation the same day. In the week before the event you will receive the registration ticket with your starting number. The starting pack can be collected on 26 June from 8.00 a.m. until 11.00 a.m. in the BIZ on the Bike village. The pack will NOT be sent by post!

Reduced price if you register before 31 March 2010 !
Register before 31 March 2010 using the registration form on this website at a discounted registration fee: 15€ instead of 18€. Pre-registration will be cancelled if the total fee has not been received in our account before 1 April 2010.

By signing up, the participant declares to agree with the general conditions BIZ on the Bike.

Company registration

Register your company team with 10 participants. Each team will be welcomed and can enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the BIZ on the Bike village. The company with the most participants will receive the first BIZ on the Bike challenge trophy.

Every company team can count on extensive support facilities:

  • Free parking at the Oud Heverlee Leuven football stadium.
  • Welcome in the companies reception hall in the BIZ on the Bike Village.
  • Team photo before departure.
  • ICT on the Bike T-shirt.
  • Free drink and sandwich after the finish at the BIZ on the Bike Village.
  • Your company logo on the BIZ on the Bike website with a link to your own website.

You can register your team using the registration form on this website until 31 May 2010:

  • €300 for your company’s 1st team*
  • €250 for your company 2nd team and any other additional teams*

*20% discount for non-profit organisations.

After registration you will receive an invoice and confirmation from the organisation. Upon payment of your registration fee your registration will be processed; a week before the event your team’s coach will receive the registration ticket.

Attention: Team registration on the day of the event (26 June 2010) is not possible.
